Use this form for a NEW Couple Membership application to NHIMA.
Please fill in all required fields for you as the Primary Contact for the Couple Membership.
You will complete an additional form for the 2nd person of the Couple Membership AFTER completing your application and making payment of dues. See Instructions Below.
When your form is complete, hit the submit button to go to the payment section. All payments are in US dollars because NHIMA is a US based non-profit organization. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
If you choose to pay by credit card you will receive an email of your membership approval within 24 hours. This will include your membership card and instructions on how to login to your profile and Members Only access area of the website where you can add the information for the 2nd member of your membership. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
INSTRUCTIONS ON ADDING 2ND PERSON OF COUPLE MEMBERSHIP
To protect the privacy of its members, NHIMA will not share your personal information with other organizations, except as required by law. However, NHIMA might publish this information in an on-line or electronic membership directory. Directories are made available to and intended for NHIMA members only.
Members agree to allow their image(s) and basic personal information (name, group affiliation, camp or event attendance) to be published in the New Horizons newsletter and on NHIMA's social media sites. Objections can be forwarded through our Contact Us page.
